Big Melon Weigh Off. Good, old-fashioned family fun, games and live entertainment. Come to this festival and enjoy watermelon salsa and watermelon slushies. There will also be free watermelon slices while supplies last. Watermelon Festival contests include a watermelon eating contest, seed spitting, a horseshoe tournament, weenie dog races and turtle races. Classic Car Show, Photography and Quilt Show. Food and craft vendors will offer something for everyone. A concert in the park at 8pm close
