- Marlinton, West Virginia At the Autumn Harvest Festival & WV Roadkill Cook Off. The bake off will continue to focus on the traditional country biscuit and will feature two baker categories: Premier Baker for age group 18+ years of age and a Youth Baker age group 9-17 years of age. We will also have a People’s Choice category (18+ years of age) for sweet and savory entries.
